Transparency in the entire process of textile production

In conjunction with the customer's production needs, which can be private label production, corporate clothing and the like, ODOO can develop an individual design or, if the customer wishes, adapt the production according to their own design specifications.

Factory ODOO produces based on customer needs, we create a style sheet with these parameters which forms the basis for the entire textile production and includes all specifications. All details on material properties such as weight, composition and colors are defined on the style sheet, as well as the fit in the form of measurement table, accessories, web labels, templates, packaging material, shipping marks and EAN codes.

On this basis it is therefore possible to create a sample from the stored materials and / or color it in the desired color based on the pantone chosen according to the customer's specifications. Once processed, the style sheet can be reused at any time for reordering. An order can be repeated smoothly with consistent quality at any time.

In addition to pure textile production, it is possible to consider and co-produce external packaging and individual packaging designs. As a partner of Grüner Punkt we think about the environment and act in a sustainable way.

Our products can also be developed and produced in BIO cotton. Organic or organic cotton is cotton that is grown, produced, processed and certified according to organic agricultural standards. Its production supports the health of the environment, ecosystem and people, encouraging the use of natural rather than artificial, chemical and toxic processes and substances and combining tradition and scientific innovation to promote sustainability and quality of life.

Cotton (organic and otherwise) is a natural fiber because it is obtained by spinning the cotton wool, real balls that cover the seeds of the cotton plant, a herbaceous belonging to the Malvaceae family.

Cotton is the most widespread textile fiber in the world: it covers more than half of fiber needs worldwide and is widely used in the production of clothing, from jeans to underwear, but also for the production of towels, sheets , up to rugs and sofa covers.
